Gifts

We carry a selection of gift items, some of which are made locally, and all of which are hand-picked by Lori and the staff.  We carry journals, handbags, scarves, the famous SHBS T-shirt, bookmarks, and more! The selection rotates frequently, but this should give you an idea of the great choices available at the bookstore.

Recently, Lori found these gorgeous handmade bags and purses made by Dana Herbert of Portland.  This picture shows some of the patterns, and there are large handbags and messenger bags available as well.

For you night-time readers, we always have some sort of booklight at the store.  This is the current choice, and they are super small, powerful, and inexpensive.  We think you'll like them too.
